Limited licence to use the XXXX brandThe Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited licence to use the XXXX logos and icons solely for: press and media coverage,educational or informational materials,technical integrations,marketing or communication materials that accurately and fairly describe your use of XXXX.Any use must comply at all times with the XXXX Brand Guidelines (where applicable, include a link to the guidelines).

Strict restrictions on useYou must not:modify the logo or icons other than to resize them proportionally. You may not alter colours, proportions, typography, shapes or internal elements;combine the XXXX brand with any other logo or branding in a way that could cause confusion as to the origin of any product or service, or imply a partnership, endorsement or sponsorship that does not exist;use the XXXX brand in any misleading, defamatory, abusive or unlawful manner, or in connection with activities that could harm the reputation of XXXX or the Company;use the XXXX brand in a way that suggests approval, recommendation, sponsorship or any corporate or regulatory relationship with the Company without prior written consent.

Accurate and non-misleading representationThe XXXX brand must be used only to accurately refer to the XXXX stablecoin and/or official products and services of the Company.You must not use the brand in any way that may mislead users, customers or regulators as to which entity issues, manages or controls XXXX.

Right to review and revokeThe Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review any use of the XXXX brand and to revoke this licence at any time if it considers that the brand is being used inappropriately or in breach of these Brand Terms.Upon request from the Company, you must promptly cease any use of the XXXX brand and remove or update any materials that the Company considers non-compliant.

Approvals and special use casesFor any proposed use of the XXXX brand that falls outside the scope of these Brand Terms (including but not limited to co-marketing campaigns, joint announcements, prominent placement in financial products or regulated services), you must obtain the Company’s prior written approval.Please contact us at [legal/brand email] with details of the intended use.
